I had called just to get a new key fob cut. I had an initial unsavory issue with the first technician trying to incentivize work under the table by quoting above dispatch so he could offer service for cash only at a cheaper rate. When I brought this to the attention of the company and how it didn'tsit right with me, they took immediate action and made sure the issue was not only resolved but that I recieved the service I needed within about an hour of from a much more professional technician. Soooo! I lost my keys to my storage unit but I didn’t realize it until I got to the U-Haul office. Amy (The BEST U-Haul Manager ever) suggested that I call Royal Lockmisth. Chris came out to address a green key light issue on my MDX. Good communication, accurate wait time. Knew what he was doing and worked to solve the problem even after it turned out not to be the key that was the problem. Was able to resync modules in the vehicle that were somehow out of sync without having to replace anything. Got a replacement key anyway. In short, good service and you can expect your money is well spent. I saved to my favorites just in case I need locksmithing services again!
